Helping Us Get Past the Stress

Stress is emotional pressure suffered by a human being. Stress comes in a different medium of life, whoever we are we surely are experiencing stress i our life.What ever we do, studying, working, doing household chores, traveling we feel stress. Sometimes due to the polluted environment, traffics, economy problems at home can lead to stress

The only true way to de-stress is to remove what causing the pressure or the feeling inside our mind. Doing things that make you feel better for a period of time just to help you forget that stress exist until you forget about it.

Find what works for you in relieving your stress and soon you'll be back to procrastinating and having fun until your next stress feeling to come.

Taking what you want

When I was a senior high school, I obviously find myself thinking a lot about the future. I am constantly given an advice on what I should take a course or a possible careers plans.
One thing that always remind to me by my parents was having a business. This got me thinking, if I will do what they want me to be. I was thinking at that time if wanted something for myself. The facts of the matter is, creative talents are considered as an " interesting hobby" but simply won't do as a serious career.
Almost most of my friends at that time, senior's also is planning to take a major course in business along with the occasional medical major. We can either accept this dull foresight towards our future and our dreams.
Everyone has a hidden creative talents inside of us. But sometimes we need the help of people to let us know what we really want and what we can do. By our own sometimes we didn't know what we can do. So our environment and people around us will help us develop our skills in different ways.
Taking a career what your parents like is being an obedient child to them. But we must be sure that the course we are willing to take was also our own choice. For us to be a successful in our life and in our future.
Now I have taken a course that my parents wanted me to. I enjoy it and study it hard. Making their wish for me is really a good thing I can do for them.

Playing Tennis


Always playing sports keep your body in good shape and your health in good condition. Even busy persons need to have an exercise. So for my father who was really busy at his work he take an hour very weekends to play tennis. He told us when he was abroad at Saudi Arabia, he join the company sports fest. He had won a bronze medal. He also join the marathon, he received the bronze medal also. He always tell us how busy are we in our work we must have a time to play sport for our leisure and hobby. Playing sports will make our body fits and also in shape. He also believe that playing sports can strengthen our hearts. Our father is a health conscious person he prefer eating vegetables than eating meat. He want to live long with us that why he is always taking care of his body. So be sure to spare a time for yourself and play sports.

An Indian Friend

I like searching the web especially blogs that has topic that had been related to me. I found an Indian blog, a blog about india, a site for cultural communication. That remind me of an old friend that was an Indian. She talkless, simple but she is a genius. She don't participate much in our class but in side she is inteligent. But five years later I saw her in a newspaper she is a now successful computer programmer. I now believe what I have read once that indian was a real genuises.
